EGL promises full support for every vehicle sold, with necessary processes
in place to efficiently address each customer's concerns.
STEP 1

Provide Informations

Contact the EGL team, provide the EGL frame number and engine number, and EGL will verify the legitimacy of the product.

  • The VIN of dirt bike and ATV is usually located on the side of the front steering column.
  • The engine number is usually located on the left side of the engine.
STEP 2

Tell us the issues

After informing us of the specific issue with your vehicle, our customer service team will provide a practical solution.

We highly recommend providing a detailed description of the issue along with photos, as this will greatly reduce the processing time for EGL customer service and help you move to the next step more quickly.

STEP 3

Warranty or Quote

If your vehicle is still under warranty, we will provide the necessary parts to you free of charge. If it's not, we will offer you a quote.

EGL offers a 2-year warranty on vehicles. However, please note: only vehicles purchased directly from EGL are eligible for the 2-year warranty. For purchases made through dealers, please contact the dealer for after-sales service.

STEP 4

Repair by Us or Yourself

If you are experienced, we can directly mail the parts to you. If you need us to handle the repairs, you can deliver your vehicle to our designated repair location, and we will take care of it.

All repairs should be carried out according to the user manual. Please note: vehicles with damage caused by human error will void the warranty.
